AI clip tools turn one long video into a week of Shorts, Reels and TikToks: they find the strongest moments, reframe them to vertical, add captions and can post them for you. OpusClip, Klap, Vizard and Quso all promise this, but they price, limit and support languages very differently. This guide compares them for creators whose videos are not only in English, using each vendor’s official pages, and tells you which one fits which job.
Some links in this guide are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you sign up through them, at no extra cost to you. Prices, limits and policies were checked on each tool’s pricing page, help center and terms on October 8, 2026. Where a vendor’s own pages disagree, we say so. We have not run all four on our own channel yet, so this guide compares them on their documentation and links to our full reviews where they exist.

OpusClip: the most complete, with a published language list
OpusClip scores each clip’s viral potential, reframes, adds animated captions and, on Pro, AI B-roll, dubbing and export to Premiere and DaVinci. It is the only one of the four with a public language list: Spanish and Portuguese are fully supported, while Vietnamese and Indonesian are beta, so emoji and keyword highlights may be off. Starter costs $15/month (150 credits); Pro is $29/month or $14.50/month yearly (300 credits, rolling over for two months). Free output is watermarked and, under OpusClip’s terms, for non-commercial use, and OpusClip does not refund fees. Full details in our OpusClip review.
Klap: priced by clips, with the fairest refund policy
Klap charges by the number of clips rather than minutes: Basic gives 100 clips for $29/month ($14 yearly), Pro 300 clips for $79 ($39 yearly). Every plan includes unlimited social accounts, analytics, publishing to TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn, and an API. Klap says it works in 52 languages but publishes no list, and its pages give three different maximum lengths (2 hours, 3h10 and 4 hours), so test your own video first. Its refund terms are the best here: a refund in the first month, and prorated refunds for unused months on yearly plans. Third-party reviews complain about being billed yearly instead of monthly, so check the billing period at checkout.
Vizard: the most minutes for the money
Vizard’s Creator plan gives 600 minutes a month, 4K export, uploads up to 30 GB and 600 minutes long, AI B-roll, captions with emojis, scheduling and an API on every plan, for $29/month or $14.50/month yearly. Vizard claims over 97% accuracy for Vietnamese transcription and translates subtitles into many languages (its pages say 28 in one place and 100+ in another). The free plan is limited to 720p, 60-minute uploads and 3-day storage. Refunds are only possible within 7 days if you have not uploaded anything. Vizard is also the only one of the four that lists PayPal as a payment method.
Quso: clips plus a full social scheduler
Quso, formerly vidyo.ai, is the choice if you want clipping and scheduling in one place: from the Essential plan ($39/month, about $19.50/month billed yearly) it posts to TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and Pinterest, with a content planner and analytics. Yearly billing saves 50% (checked October 17, 2026). It has no public API, no published language list or maximum length, and its FAQ lists all plans as non-refundable. Read the Quso review for the plan details.
Which one should you choose?
- Your videos are in Vietnamese, Indonesian or another non-English language: start with OpusClip, which states its support level, or Vizard, which claims Vietnamese accuracy. Upload one real video on the free plan before paying.
- You upload a lot of long videos: Vizard Creator gives the most minutes per dollar.
- You want to avoid refund risk: Klap’s refund terms are the most forgiving.
- You want one tool for clips and posting everywhere: Quso Essential.
- Captions matter more than clip picking: see Submagic and our best AI caption tools.
How to test a clip tool in 15 minutes
- Pick one real video of 10 to 20 minutes in your own language.
- Upload it to the free plan of two tools and set the correct language at upload.
- Compare the chosen moments, the caption accuracy (names and numbers) and how the vertical crop follows the speaker.
- Check whether the free clips carry a watermark and whether the terms allow commercial use before you post them.
FAQ
Which AI clip tool supports Vietnamese?
OpusClip lists Vietnamese as beta, and Vizard claims Vietnamese transcription. Klap and Quso do not publish a language list for clipping, so test them first.
Which is cheapest?
OpusClip Starter at $15/month is the lowest monthly price. On yearly billing, Klap Basic ($14/month) and Vizard Creator ($14.50/month) are cheapest, and Vizard includes the most minutes.
Can I use free-plan clips commercially?
OpusClip’s terms limit free use to non-commercial purposes; the others do not state it clearly. Use a paid plan for monetized or client work.
