Fliki turns a script, a blog post, an idea or a slide deck into a narrated video with stock footage, AI images and subtitles. Its strength is voices: over a thousand of them in 80+ languages, from engines such as ElevenLabs, Azure, Google and OpenAI, plus voice cloning on paid plans. This review explains what each plan buys, how the credits work, how well it covers languages beyond English (Vietnamese included), and who it suits.

Plans, limits and policies were checked on Fliki’s pricing page, FAQ, voice pages and terms on October 9, 2026. Fliki’s own pages disagree on a few numbers; we note where. We have not used Fliki on our channel yet, so this review gives no score.
Verdict
- Best for: faceless explainers, listicles, blog-to-video and slide-to-video in many languages, on a small budget.
- Standout: a very cheap entry plan ($8/month, $6 yearly) with commercial rights, 1,000+ voices and a voice clone.
- Watch out for: videos are capped at 5 minutes on Basic, credits do not roll over, and the FAQ says paid plans are non-refundable.
- Price: free plan (720p, watermark, non-commercial). Paid plans from $8/month, or $6/month billed yearly.
What Fliki does
- Text to video: start from an idea, a script, a blog post or a PowerPoint file; Fliki builds scenes with stock clips, AI images or video, voice-over and subtitles.
- Voices: engines from ElevenLabs, Microsoft Azure, Google, OpenAI, Amazon Polly and others, with 1,000 voices on Basic and 2,000+ on Premium.
- Voice cloning: one clone on Basic and Standard, three on Premium, in about 40 supported languages.
- Translate: create a new version of a Fliki project with translated script, voice-over and subtitles. This works on Fliki projects; it is not a dubbing tool for videos you filmed elsewhere.
- Extras: stock avatars (Standard and up), direct publishing to YouTube and TikTok, and an API on Premium.
Pricing
| Plan | Monthly | Billed yearly | Credits a month | Max video length | Voice clones |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | – | 3 (about 5 minutes) | 5 min, 720p, watermark | – |
| Basic | $8 | $6/mo | 60 | 5 min, 1080p | 1 |
| Standard | $28 | $21/mo | 180 | 15 min | 1 |
| Premium | $88 | $66/mo | 600 | 40 min (30 min in the FAQ) | 3 |
How far the credits go depends on the scenes and voices you use: Fliki’s FAQ says Standard’s 180 credits give roughly 60 to 90 minutes of finished video. Monthly credits do not roll over; top-up credits last 180 days. Every paid plan removes the watermark and includes commercial rights.
Vietnamese and other languages
Fliki lists 91 languages and 124 dialects. Vietnamese has 12 voices: two multilingual voices and ten standard neural voices, with no northern or southern accent choice, and Vietnamese is one of the languages supported for voice cloning. Spanish has over 100 voices across 22 dialects and Portuguese covers Brazil and Portugal. Fliki’s page shows only a few Indonesian voices, so check the voice picker if that language matters. For natural Vietnamese narration, compare the voices with our ElevenLabs review before choosing.
Commercial use, refunds and payment
- Ownership: you own what you publish; Fliki claims no ownership.
- Commercial use: paid plans only, including monetized YouTube as long as your script is original. Videos made while subscribed stay licensed after you cancel.
- Refunds: the FAQ says paid plans are non-refundable, while the terms say refunds are case by case. Third-party reviews complain about refused yearly refunds, so start monthly.
- Payment: cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay in USD. PayPal is not listed.
