Zebracat turns an idea, a script, a blog post or product images into a short video with AI narration, captions, music and a mix of stock footage and AI-generated scenes from models such as Veo 3, Kling 3.0 and Seedance 2.5. It is built for volume: TikTok, Reels and Shorts, faceless channels and quick video ads. This review explains what each plan actually includes, where Zebracat’s own pages disagree with each other, what we could not confirm about languages, and who it suits better than a timeline editor.

Plans, limits and policies were checked on Zebracat’s pricing page, feature pages and terms on October 10, 2026. Some Zebracat pages give different numbers; we note where. We have not used Zebracat on our channel yet, so this review gives no score.
Verdict
- Best for: creators and marketers who need many short videos a month from ideas or existing articles, with AI scenes available when stock footage runs out.
- Standout: idea or blog post to finished vertical video in one flow, with Veo, Kling and Seedance scenes in the same account.
- Watch out for: the cheapest plan caps videos at 2 minutes and 15 a month, generative credit costs are not published, and the refund policy conflicts between the pricing page and the terms.
- Price: from $39/month, or $23/month billed yearly. Free plan without a card.
What Zebracat does
- Idea, script or blog post to video: Zebracat writes or condenses the script, splits it into scenes, picks visuals, adds a voice-over and captions.
- AI scenes: a monthly pool of generative credits for scenes from Veo 3, Kling 3.0 and Seedance 2.5, plus Nano Banana images, when the stock library has nothing suitable.
- Product videos and ads: short ads from product images, with avatar presenters on higher plans.
- Avatars and voice cloning: a public avatar library on every plan; Super Cat adds 5 custom avatars and 5 voice clones a month, Unlimited Cat 10 of each.
- Video translation: from Super Cat, upload a video and translate it into 25+ languages with voice and lip-sync adapted. Zebracat does not publish the language list.
- Brand kits and developer access: saved logos, colors and fonts; an MCP server, and API access on Enterprise.

Where Zebracat’s pages disagree
- Free plan: the pricing FAQ says up to 5 videos in total, 30 seconds each, 720p. A feature page describes it as 5 credits a week, about 1 minute a week, with a watermark.
- Limits: the compare table counts videos per month (15 and 40), while the FAQ counts minutes per year (120 for Cat Mode, 360 for Super Cat).
- Generative credits: Zebracat does not publish how many credits a second of Veo, Kling or Seedance footage costs, so you cannot work out in advance how many AI scenes 350 credits buy.
- Refunds: the pricing page shows a 7-day money-back guarantee if you have not downloaded any video. The terms say paid subscription periods are not refunded. If you plan to rely on the guarantee, contact support within 7 days and before your first download.
Languages: what we could confirm
Zebracat says its voices cover “170+ languages and accents”. Its public pages do not name Vietnamese, Indonesian or other specific languages, and video translation covers a separate, unpublished list of 25+ languages. If your audience does not speak English, make a 30-second test video on the free plan and listen before paying. For narration in a language you need confirmed up front, compare Fliki, which publishes its voice list, or see our best AI dubbing tools.
Payment and cancellation
- Payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Invoicing and wire transfer are mentioned for larger plans. PayPal is not listed.
- Currency: USD, EUR, GBP, AUD or CAD, shown by location.
- Cancellation: any time from the billing page in the app; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Who should choose Zebracat
